What’s included with our booking?
When you book any of the wedding packages you’ll receive a complimentary 1 hour engagement shoot ahead of the big day. We’ll also have a pre-wedding consultation where we can chat through your plans, timings, important photographs and anything else you’d like me to know. For longer coverage, I’ll also help you plan your photography timeline so everything feels relaxed on the day.
Do you have insurance?
Yes! I have public liability insurance. If your venue requires proof of cover ahead of your wedding day, I’m more than happy to provide this.
Do you travel for shoots?
Absolutely! I’m based in the South West, but I’m always happy to travel wherever your story takes me. Travel within my local area is included, and for weddings further afield I’ll provide any additional travel costs before you book — no surprises.
When can we expect to receive our photos?
You’ll receive a sneak peek within 72 hours so you have something to relive and share while I work on your full gallery. Your complete wedding gallery will usually be delivered within 6 weeks.
We are awkward in front of a camera - is that okay?
Completely! You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do with your hands — that’s my job. My approach is relaxed and natural, with gentle direction when you need it and plenty of space for the real moments to happen.
Do we have to feed you?
For The Story (8-hour coverage), I’d really appreciate a meal during the day. It doesn’t need to be the same meal as your guests — a supplier meal is absolutely perfect. I’ll arrange my break around your wedding timeline so I don’t miss any important moments.
For shorter coverage, there’s no need to provide a meal.
Can we meet you before we book?
Absolutely! I know how important it is to feel comfortable with the person photographing your wedding. I’m more than happy to arrange a relaxed video call before you book so we can get to know each other, chat about your plans and make sure I’m the right fit for you.
There’s no pressure to book afterwards — it’s simply a chance for us to have a chat and see if we click.
Can we choose when our coverage starts?
Yes! Your photography should fit around your wedding, not the other way around. If you book The Connection or The Story, we’ll work together to decide the best start and finish times based on the moments that matter most to you.
How do we book?
Simply get in touch through my enquiry form with your wedding date and a few details about your plans. We can then arrange a chat about your day and which package feels right for you. Your date will be secured once your booking agreement is signed and your booking fee has been paid.
